Hospitality Management

I graduated from the Hospitality Managment program at Douglas College this year. Over the course of the program, we covered everything from managing restaurants to managing hotels and all the little things in between such as the different cuts of meats to balancing income statements. The program also opened my eyes to the different aspects of the Hospitality Industry – it’s not only restaurants and hotels, but all the other jobs that get you to your final destination.
